New to badminton?

Stage 1 welcomes complete beginners.

No experience needed. Pick a Stage 1 class and enrol — your child will pick it up from session one.

Played before?

We'll watch your child play, then place them in the right stage so they're with kids at the same level from day one.

Grip, footwork, the first clear. Most kids start here.

For kids who pick it up quickly and want a steeper curve.

Drop shot, smash, real rally length. Match play introduced.

Tactics, conditioning, junior tournament prep.
